Cobalt is wedged in between Cybal and the Hollow, but has very few mountains. It's very wooded, so there's very little sunlight in these parts, unless you plan on living near the mountains, where the trees thin slightly. The only mountains within the territory on along the northern coast, forming a sort of fortress as the sea surrounds everywhere else.
